This application serves as the mobile counterpart to the comprehensive BITZER Electronics Service Tool (BEST) software, designed for seamless connectivity with BITZER IQ products equipped with Bluetooth support. It facilitates rapid device configuration, real-time operational monitoring, and alarm management, including detailed alarm descriptions and troubleshooting assistance. Additionally, users can retrieve data logs from compatible devices, visualize them effectively, and upload the information to the myBITZERcloud platform for secure storage and distribution.

Supported Products:

• IQ MODULE CM-RC-02: Firmware updates are to be performed using the Windows version of BEST.
• IQ MODULE CM-RC-01: Requires firmware version 2.5.246.00 or later. Firmware updates also necessitate the Windows version of BEST, with connection facilitated via the BEST converter.
• IQ MODULE CM-SW-01: Compatible with firmware version 2.8.82.00 or later. Firmware updates are to be conducted through the Windows version of BEST, requiring connection via the BEST converter.
• CSV Frequency Inverters: Bluetooth capability is available on second-generation control boards identified by an STO input (orange connector) or an RJ12 socket for the BEST converter. Firmware must be version 1.92 or higher. Initial configuration changes, such as refrigerant selection or compressor type adjustments, as well as firmware updates, should be performed using the Windows version of BEST through a connection via the BEST converter.
• ECOSTAR LHV5E and LHV7E: Firmware version 5.0.2.0 or newer is required. Firmware updates should be carried out using the Windows version of BEST.
